Originally created from Grand Cru Chardonnay, in line with the Maison’s qualitative pyramid, the Apanage Blanc de Blancs perpetual reserve gains maturity and complexity with each passing vintage.
It forms the foundation of this cuvée, imparting both depth and character.
This cuvée draws its richness from a selection of emblematic vintages: 2014 and 2016, exclusively sourced from the prestigious vineyards of Avize and Cramant, true gems of the Côte des Blancs; and 2018, which reveals a harmonious blend of authentic, characterful Chardonnays, enhancing the mineral and elegant identity of the grape variety.
Apanage Blanc de Blancs thus embodies a pure and expressive vision of Chardonnay, shaped by time, precision, and the Maison’s savoir-faire.
